Building Services Manager
Location: Devon

We are currently seeking experienced MEP Project Managers or Building Services Managers to support the delivery of a major construction project in Devon. The successful candidate will collaborate and report to the Senior Building Services team and be responsible for the delivery and installation of the MEP systems on site.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide regular performance reports to the Project Director.
2. Identify and manage project risks with effective mitigation strategies.
3. Oversee the performance of MEP contractors, ensuring high standards of delivery.
4. Ensure compliance with project quality management procedures and industry best practices.
5. Implement and comply with all relevant health, safety, and environmental policies and legal requirements.
About You
6. Proven project management experience within the construction industry.
7. Background in Building Services.
8. Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems.
9. Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive project delivery.
10. Well-versed in managing commercial and contractual responsibilities.
