Qualifications
* Qualified Independent Prescriber with CPPE certification
* At least 1 year of UK pharmacy experience
* Confident managing complex and vulnerable patient populations
* Proficient in System One
* Comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced environment
* Excellent clinical knowledge and communication skills
* Good understanding of general practice systems and workflows
