ReportingtotheHeadofDealerDevelopmentwithinCommercialOperations,weareseeking aDealerDevelopmentandCustomerExperienceCoordinator.The role is an entry level role and would ideally suit a graduate with real drive to succeed.
TherolewillbeakeypartoftheDealerDevelopmentteamsupportingtheperformancemanagementofourglobalTriumphWorldsuppliernetworkensuringhighestlevelsofservice,qualityandvaluearealwaysmaintained.
Thesuccessfulcandidatewillengagewithkeystakeholderstoalignonroadmaptimings,therefore buildingandmaintainingprofessionalworkingrelationshipsiscrucial.Attentiontodetailisessential within this role as there will be a need to collate and interpret market reports withinthisroletodetermine engagementandeffectivenessofvariousprojectsandtrainingprograms.Theuseofexcelworkbooksandtheabilitytopresentcomplexinformationisalsovital.
