Providing support to a busy operations team you will be responsible for provision of overall support to include:
Responsibilities
* Inputting customer contracts onto an internal system, including any customer specific requirements
* Co-ordinating the administration of additional works and emergency call outs
* Scheduling emergency call outs
* Invoicing service maintenance work
* Answering all incoming calls
* Meeting visitors
* Receiving deliveries and distributing parts appropriately
* Dealing with customer requests e.g. reports
* Monitoring the administration inbox
Qualifications
* Experience in a similar role, ideally within a service industry
* A good IT background is essential, to include Word and Excel
