You’ll articulate and document business requirements, conduct as-is/to-be process mapping and business process design, participate in project delivery through design reviews and walk-throughs, and validate and communicate outcomes. You’ll act as a bridge between business and technology teams, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and compliance standards. About the Team: The Information & Digital team empowers BaptistCare by delivering innovation, transformational projects, advanced analytics, seamless technology operations, and risk management. You’ll join a collaborative team that values creativity, flexibility, and a solutions-focused approach. About You: Minimum 5 years’ experience in business analysis and business process design Bachelor degree in business, business analytics, information technology or a related field Previous experience participating on project teams and business system implementation projects Experience with testing system changes for various projects Demonstrated experience using software tools such as Visio, MS Project & Jira to document plans and processes High level of written, verbal communication and presentation skills Ability to develop relationships with key organisational stakeholders, including executives and business users Ability to communicate (both written and verbal) in a language suitable for various audiences including business stakeholders, executives, and technology teams Highly developed interpersonal skills and ability to work harmoniously in a team environment Demonstrated ability to adapt to new environments/systems and respond to changing demands Hands-on experience with human resources information systems (HRIS) and/or enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions Experience working on projects across Finance, HR processes, Recruitment, Learning and Development, WHS, compliance, and similar business functions Familiarity with systems such as Technology One, SAP, Workday, or comparable platforms Demonstrate an understanding and appreciation of BaptistCare’s Christian identity and promote the organisation’s values through interactions at work Desirable experience includes: Experience with Healthcare, Aged Care, Community Services and/or NFP systems and technology Experience with Project Management Ready to help shape the future and work with others who care about making a difference?
