Job Description
The Performance Marketing Specialist will be based in Bournemouth, working in an office environment. This role involves managing paid social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and 'X'. You will be responsible for increasing conversions, executing paid media and PPC strategies, and optimizing campaigns to meet KPIs.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Managing the implementation and optimization of paid activities across various platforms.
2. Monitoring trends and making necessary adjustments.
3. Creating and managing campaigns aligned with KPIs.
4. Performing daily tasks such as ad creation, audience targeting, analysis, and testing.
5. Ensuring effective utilization of campaign budgets.
6. Supporting reporting efforts with weekly and monthly updates.
Ideal candidates will have experience in paid social, paid search, or paid media, with proficiency in platforms like Facebook, Meta, Google Ads, Amazon, LinkedIn, and Instagram. Skills in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Facebook Business Manager are essential. The role requires a strategic thinker with strong data analysis skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills. Experience across different clients or industries and a passion for digital marketing are highly valued.
