Housing Adaptation and Improvement Officer - Career Pathway

About the role:
An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to work within our Housing Adaptation & Improvement team providing a comprehensive specialist service to members of the public in the field of building refurbishment and adaptations.
The successful candidate should have or be willing to work towards:
* Experience of inspecting properties including empty properties
* Experience of facilitating and implementing housing improvement and adaptations
* Experience of multiagency working
The successful candidate must have:
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Good IT skills
* Good levels of initiative are also essential to ensure that the goals of the team are delivered.
