Senior Construction Project Manager – Residential Housing, Rochester – East Region
Hyde is recruiting a Lead Construction Project Manager to deliver high‑quality affordable and market homes across multiple residential developments. This is a senior role with responsibility for projects from early planning through to completion and handover. You’ll lead complex construction programmes, ensuring homes are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to a high standard, while working closely with internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage multiple residential construction projects from pre‑construction to handover
* Develop and control build programmes, budgets and cost forecasts
* Identify and manage risks to maintain time, cost and quality targets
* Lead contractors, consultants and professional teams
* Ensure compliance with health & safety, building regulations and funding requirements
* Oversee practical completion, snagging and defect resolution
About You
* Proven experience in residential construction project management
* Strong commercial and budget management skills
* Confident leader with excellent stakeholder management ability
* Good knowledge of construction standards, quality and compliance
