We’re looking for a Digital Content Lead to help drive the development of our council websites and champion high-quality, inclusive content across our digital platforms.
Responsibilities
* Leading web-based projects that improve usability, clarity and structure
* Ensuring all content meets WCAG accessibility standards
* Using analytics, insights and user research to inform decisions
* Coaching and supporting content editors across the organisation
* Collaborating within multidisciplinary teams
* Representing Digital Services at workshops and project groups
You’ll bring creativity, collaboration and a user-centred mindset - plus experience in:
* Accessibility and WCAG compliance
* Using data, insights and testing to drive improvements
* Managing multiple workstreams and adapting to changing priorities
* Communicating clearly and working effectively with a range of teams
