New Restaurant Opening | The Whiteley, Queensway (W2)
After the success of Nela Amsterdam, were bringing our live-fire concept to London.
Nela London will open in Bayswater, inside The Whiteley a billion-pound development. The restaurant will have around 150 covers, private dining, and a striking bar area.
The menu is centred on open-fire cooking, seasonal ingredients, and clean, elegant plates.
Service is warm, attentive, and unpretentious focused on guest connection and product knowledge.
Were now building our front-of-house team and looking for experienced Waiters and Head Waiters to join us from the start.
Your Role
Depending on your experience and level of responsibility, you will:
Bring energy, care, and focus to each service
Guide and engage guests with confidence
Deliver warm, professional hospitality
Lead or support your section during busy shifts
Help maintain high standards across food, drink, and service
Work closely with kitchen and bar teams
Stay calm, organised, and consistent
Support and mentor junior team members (Head Waiters)
About You
Experience in quality restaurants
1+ years as a Waiter or 1+ year as a Head Waiter in a reputable venue
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
Strong guest focus and clear communication
Calm under pressure and a team player
Confident, curious, and eager to learn
Full UK work rights
