Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting for a Behaviour Support Assistant to join one of our client schools in Stalybridge, starting ASAP.
This role will be full-time, and it is due to begin immediately.
You will earn a competitive salary between £415 and £525.
Throughout this role, you will work on a one-to-one basis with a pupil who has been identified as demonstrating particularly challenging behaviour and requires additional support to remain focussed and productive within lessons. You will work with other staff members to ensure that this pupil achieves the most that they are able to out of their time in secondary school.
Key requirements:
* It is essential that you are patient and are able to effectively communicate with this student.
* You must be willing to work as a part of a team and effectively communicate with teachers and other staff members.
* You must be comfortable in your ability to effectively manage behaviour to ensure that you are able to support this pupil.
* You will be required to undergo a fully enhanced child workforce DBS check to ensure that you are able to provide a minimum of two employment-based references.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
