At 67 Pall Mall the Chef de Partie is an integral part of our Kitchen team, responsible for delivering a high-quality level of food at all times. We are seeking a vibrant individual to join our Kitchen team on a full-time basis. The Club boasts a 17-strong sommelier team, many of whom are winners of several international competitions and elected 1 sommeliers in London. They also have access to an impressive events calendar, and much more. 67pallmall.tv, the world’s first 4k wine tv channel, is an extension of the Club, accessible to all both live and on demand Duties and Responsibilities Oversee and manage an assigned section of the kitchen, ensuring smooth and efficient operation. Consistently prepare and present dishes to the highest standard. Demonstrate strong competency working with premium meat and fish, supported by excellent product knowledge. Confidently operate a Josper grill, delivering accuracy, consistency, and quality in every service. Collaborate effectively with senior chefs and contribute to maintaining a seamless workflow during busy service periods. Uphold exceptional standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety at all times. Our Ideal Candidate has Proven experience as a Chef de Partie. Strong background in preparing high‑quality meat and fish dishes. Experience using a Josper or charcoal grill is highly advantageous. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast‑paced kitchen environment. A positive attitude, strong teamwork skills, and excellent attention to detail. Genuine passion for high-quality cuisine and ongoing professional development.
