Functions Supervised: Enterprise capability process and delivery.
Primary Functions: Manage the delivery of enterprise platform capabilities of a Center of Excellence. The Capability Delivery Manager (CDM) leads the team through the operational delivery of innovative capabilities using agile practices.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Responsible for the work delivery of enterprise capabilities by a Center of Excellence.
* Actively seeks ways to improve performance by optimizing agile practices of the Center of Excellence team.
* Collaborates across product owners, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver timely and meaningful capabilities that benefit the entire enterprise.
* Leads the daily activities of the team and effectively navigates team dynamics.
* Escalates and removes roadblocks as needed to support the team’s mission.
* Facilitates agile ceremonies such as standup, retros, refinement sessions to effectively manage work across the team.
* Collaborates across capability delivery managers to improve processes and coordinate delivery of multi-COE initiatives.
* Actively promotes and engages in the Capability Delivery Domain to improve processes and methodologies.
* Engage and collaborate with the Service Delivery Manager community of practice to deliver business value.
* Encourage and empower the organization to use COE capabilities.
* Facilitates delivery engagements including setting delivery expectations.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Finance, Management, or related field.
Creditable Experience in Lieu of Education: Equivalent technical or managerial education and/or related work experience.
Experience/Skills: Minimum of 5 years progressive experience in Information Technology, with at least three years in an agile management or mentoring role. Experience in leading and developing teams using a variety of agile practices. Demonstrated leadership and management skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication, motivation, and collaboration skills required. Demonstrated understanding and delivery of business value a must.

Compensation
Starting base salary will be determined based on candidate experience, qualifications, education, and applicable local or state wage requirements, and will fall within the range provided below. In accordance with our Salary Administration policy, new hire base salaries generally fall between the minimum and midpoint of the listed range.
Salary Pay Range: 06
$100,331 - $172,572 annually
