They currently seek a Registered Manager who has supported adults with care needs in the past and cares about providing personalised care to enable people to achieve and develop.

As Registered Manager you will be responsible for the day to day management of the home. This will include:
Recruitment and Management of Staff
Ensuring the 19 residents are looked after and supported
Ensuring company policies and procedures are followed
Ensuring compliance with CQC
Make the environment fun, creative and supportiveThe Person
We need someone who has previously held registration in an adult setting. You would also need:
A positive attitude
NVQ level 5 in Health and Social Care
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Awareness of CQC legislation and best practiceThe Home
