About the Role
The successful candidate will teach Design & Technology across KS3, KS4 & KS5 while supporting the Head of Department in the leadership and development of the DT curriculum.
The role will involve:
* Teaching Design & Technology across Key Stages 3, 4 & 5
* Supporting the Head of Department in curriculum planning and departmental strategy
* Helping maintain high standards of teaching and learning across the department
* Supporting colleagues with resources, schemes of work, and best practice
* Monitoring student progress and contributing to strategies that raise attainment
* Promoting enrichment opportunities such as design projects, STEM activities, and competitions
