My client is looking for a HR Business Partner in Bristol. The role is outside ir35 onsite in Bristol and working from home. If you have experience working for a defence company this would be a bonus. Ideally you will have Proven experience in an HRBP role, preferably with a focus on policy review and development. Experience with SharePoint or similar collaboration tools, including the ability to design and implement user-friendly pages. Familiarity with HR best practices, compliance requirements, and regulatory guidelines. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines. Technical Skills: Proficiency in SharePoint development, content management, and basic web design (HTML, CSS, etc.). Experience with Microsoft 365 and other collaboration tools. Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess policies and propose effective solutions. Communication & Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and accessible manner. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on results. HR Policy Review & Improvement: Conduct comprehensive reviews of current HR policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure alignment with best practices, legal requirements, and organizational goals. Identify gaps, inefficiencies, or outdated policies and make actionable recommendations for improvements. Collaborate with HR leadership and relevant stakeholders to update policies and integrate changes effectively. Ensure that all HR policies are communicated clearly to all employees and are easily accessible. SharePoint Page Development: Lead the creation of a new SharePoint page that serves as a centralized HR portal, housing key documents, policies, and resources. Design and structure the page to be user-friendly, visually appealing, and easy to navigate for various employee levels. Work with IT and other internal departments to ensure smooth integration of the page with existing systems and tools. Provide ongoing support and updates for the SharePoint page, including adding new content, ensuring functionality, and troubleshooting any issues. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Work closely with HR leadership, IT, and business partners to align HR policies with organizational goals and address evolving needs. Provide advice and guidance on HR policies, ensuring consistency and fairness across the organization. Foster strong relationships with stakeholders across departments to gather feedback and ensure the SharePoint page meets all user requirements. Change Management: Lead communication efforts regarding the new policies and SharePoint platform, ensuring smooth implementation and adoption by employees. Develop and deliver training materials to support the launch of the new SharePoint page and any updates to policies
