Salary: £13.50 per hour weekdays - £14.00 per hour weekends

Hours/Working Pattern: Various, 7am - 2pm and 4pm - 10pm

In this role you will be:
* Assisting with personal care tasks with dignity, respect, and promoting independence.
* Supporting clients with medication management and administration and monitor health conditions.
* Helping with meal planning, preparation, and ensuring dietary needs are met.
* Providing assistance with light domestic tasks to maintain a comfortable safe living environment.
* Engaging in meaningful companionship to enhance overall well-being.
* Full driving licence and car required for this role.
* Communicate effectively with clients' families, and healthcare providers.
