What will you be doing?
* Planning and scheduling daily appointments for service engineers and tanker operatives
* Allocating jobs based on engineer availability, skillset and location
* Monitoring workloads and supporting route optimisation
* Updating and maintaining internal scheduling systems
* Ensuring job details and appointment information are accurate
* Preparing reports and providing support to the wider operations team
* Adjusting schedules to accommodate urgent requests, delays or cancellations
* Liaising with engineers and customers to ensure clear communication
