Job Title: Paint Sprayer (Contract Role – Outside IR35)
Location: Eastleigh
Rate: £20 per hour (Ltd or Umbrella)
Contract Type: Ongoing Contract – Outside IR35
We are currently looking for an experienced Paint Sprayer to join a busy and reputable vehicle repair centre based in Eastleigh. This is an ongoing contract position, offering excellent rates and a great working environment. The role falls outside IR35, and is available on a Ltd company or Umbrella basis.
Key Responsibilities:

Preparation and spraying of vehicles to high standards
*
Mixing and colour matching paints
*
Carrying out spot repairs and full resprays as required
*
Ensuring all work is completed to manufacturer standards and deadlines
*
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
What We’re Looking For:
*
Proven experience as a paint sprayer in an automotive or bodyshop environment
*
Strong knowledge of paint application processes and materials
*
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*
Your own tools and PPE
*
Immediate availability preferred
