The Role This is a senior new-business Account Director position within a well-established UK technology and managed services provider. You’ll be responsible for winning, developing, and expanding a small number of corporate accounts, combining hunter-led activity with long-term strategic relationship management. Key Responsibilities
6. Win new corporate customers within the 2,000–10,000 employee segment
7. Develop and expand a small number of low-spend accounts
8. Build multi-threaded relationships across IT, procurement and leadership
9. Lead complex, consultative sales cycles across managed services and solutions
10. Own forecasting, pipeline management and account planning
11. Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to shape customer solutions
What We’re Looking For Essential
12. Proven Account Director / Senior Account Manager experience in the IT channel
13. Background in VAR or MSP environments
14. Strong hunter mentality with disciplined pipeline creation
15. Experience selling into mid-market / corporate organisations
Advantageous
16. Managed services sales exposure
17. Experience running structured account plans and QBRs
Package
18. Base salary up to £75,000
19. Commission: 14% on managed services
20. Paid on everything you sell
21. Hybrid working: minimum 2 days per week in Reading or Leatherhead (London alternative available)
