This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and a positive, can-do attitude to become an integral part of a busy office. Our client is looking for a good all-rounder who is happy to roll up their sleeves and get involved in a variety of tasks.
Main Duties:
* General office administration
* Managing emails and answering telephone calls
* Invoicing and data entry
* Supporting the wider team with day-to-day tasks as needed
* Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Previous office administration experience
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong attention to detail
* A flexible and proactive approach to work
Hours are flexible to suit the right candidate – this is a part time post
