Job Description
As a Driver/Warehouse Person, you will be a key member of the team delivering excellent service to customers and the branch. Your role involves accurate order picking, on‑time delivery, polite and professional face‑to‑face customer interaction, supporting the warehouse during quiet periods, completing multi‑drop delivery routes, and assisting with other operational tasks as needed.

Qualifications
* Driving: Holding a valid UK Driver’s Licence for 12+ months, with no more than 3 points, and over the age of 21 (insurance purposes)
* Experience: Proven multi‑drop delivery and basic warehouse experience
* Communication: Great conversational skills to enhance customer service and engagement with colleagues and customers
* Adaptability: Ability to switch tasks as needed to support business requirements
* Collaboration: Building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to achieve shared objectives
* Takes Accountability: Taking action, overcoming obstacles, and meeting commitments
* Customer Focus: Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer‑centric solutions
