Overview

We are recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing, award-winning Managed Services Provider (MSP) that has seen significant success in client acquisition and contract delivery. As part of their continued expansion, they are now seeking a

Technical Account Manager (TAM)

to join their team. This is a

remote-based role, with

occasional visits to client sites in London

(typically quarterly or during project kick-offs), so candidates must be able to commute to London when required. The Role: As a Technical Account Manager, you’ll act as the trusted advisor for a portfolio of clients, ensuring service excellence, customer satisfaction, and the delivery of IT solutions that align with business objectives. You will work closely with both clients and internal technical teams to oversee service delivery, manage escalations, and support technology adoption across accounts. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on building strong relationships, has solid technical awareness within the MSP space, and enjoys working in a client-facing role with real impact. Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong client relationships as the primary point of contact. Conduct regular service reviews, performance reporting, and account health checks. Oversee delivery of contracted services, ensuring SLAs and client expectations are met. Manage and coordinate small-scale projects with internal teams. Proactively identify opportunities to add value through technical solutions and managed services. Present proposals, roadmaps, and strategic recommendations to clients. Act as the internal advocate for clients, driving collaboration across teams. Stay up to date with relevant technologies, ITIL principles, and ISO-compliant practices. Skills & Experience Required

3+ years’ experience in Account Management within an MSP or IT Solutions Provider. Strong knowledge of core MSP technologies and service models. Proven track record managing technical service delivery and client relationships. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly. Confident handling strategic discussions and managing expectations at a senior level. Experience with service reviews, proposals, and roadmaps. Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and ISO27001-compliant environments. 25 days annual leave Health cash plan Electric car scheme Access to cost-price hardware & software Location:
