Retail Supervisor - Bicester Village

We are now seeking a Retail Supervisor (40 hours) to join our brand-new Bicester Village retail team—someone who shares our passion for excellence, food and is committed to delivering a truly memorable experience to every customer who walks through our doors.

What You'll Do:
* Offer guidance, motivation and share responsibility for the floor’s day-to-day operations.
* Attend to customer enquiries, appointments and feedback
* Relay KPI’s with the team and ensure this is driven through sales
* Help on the shop floor where needed
* Create long last memories with customers through story telling and product knowledge
What We're Looking For:
* Similar experience in a previous role
* Strong relationship building with management, clientele and third party individuals
* Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively
* A friendly warm approach with great people skills
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends
