Production Support Administrator
£13.50ph, NN17 1QE, 8am till 5pm Mon-Thur 8am till 12.30pm Fri, Immediate start, Temporary
Due to continued success and peak period, our global manufacturing client has an exciting opportunity for a experience support administrator to join their busy UK and Europe arm of their business. You will providing added administration support to the current support administrator and production team:
* Receiving production orders from customer service and sales team, data entering orders onto the system, meticulous eye for detail required due to the complexity of order
* Liaising with production management team about the daily plan, prioritising and rearranging requirements when required
* Allocating stock to orders, liaising with stores team re shortages, and expected delivery times of materials
* Ensuring all paperwork is present prior to production run, and completed and returned after production run for audit trace-ability
* All administration duties related to the role to ensure a smooth operation
We would expect the successful Production Support Administrator to be able to demonstrate a good working knowledge of Microsoft office, be an excellent communicator, have a good eye for detail, as well as having good data entry skills. You will be supported 1 to 1 to become familiar with the company processes and procedures. This would be an ideal role for you if you have worked within sales administration, support administration or a sales support position.
You will be joining the Corby Head Office of a manufacturing company that has been established for over 40 years, and has an enviable reputation in their field. Working directly with the permanent support administrator, this role offers variety on a daily basis.
