We are searching for a confident and dependable Primary School Cover Supervisor (CS) to join a supportive school in Nottingham, supervising classes during teacher absence and ensuring pupils remain engaged with their learning.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive Primary School Cover Supervisor who can manage behaviour effectively while supporting children to complete set work in a calm and structured setting.
The Role:
* Oversee lessons using pre-prepared materials across the primary curriculum
* Maintain a focused, safe, and organised classroom environment
* Support pupils in understanding tasks and staying on track
* Apply behaviour management strategies in line with school policies
* Provide feedback to teachers regarding pupil engagement and progress
What You’ll Bring:
* Experience working with children, ideally in a school environment
* Strong classroom management and communication skills
* Confident, organised, and adaptable approach
* Ability to engage and support pupils of different abilities
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
