Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and inspiring Music lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
* Plan and prepare lessons under the guidance of senior staff and subject leads
* Lead practical activities including instrumental workshops, vocal groups, and performances
* Support students in developing their musical abilities and appreciation of different genres
* Contribute to school events, concerts, and the wider creative arts programme
* Participate in department meetings, training, and whole-school initiatives
Requirements:
* A strong academic background in Music (degree or equivalent)
* Excellent practical musicianship and theoretical knowledge
* A genuine passion for teaching and inspiring young people
* Strong communication and classroom management skills
* A proactive, flexible, and enthusiastic approach
* Previous experience working with young people in an educational or musical setting is desirable
