Job Title: People & Culture Administrator Reports to: People & Culture Manager Responsible to: CEO Department: Human Resources Location: Macclesfield Salary: £26,190 Summary: We have an exciting opportunity for a People & Culture Administrator to support the day-to-day HR administration of our retail business. Reporting to the People & Culture Manager, the role holder will assist with the delivery of HR services across recruitment, employee relations, and learning and development. This role plays an important part in supporting the administrative needs of the HR team within a fast-paced retail environment, offering a great opportunity to gain experience and develop within the HR function.
