As Head of Construction, you will shape the future of vocational education in a dynamic environment, influencing curriculum design, team leadership, and strategic planning.
The Role:
1. Lead the strategic development and delivery of Construction programmes (Entry Level to Level 5, including apprenticeships and higher education)
2. Drive curriculum innovation, including Modern Methods of Construction (MMC), carbon-zero practices, and immersive learning technology
3. Inspire and manage a high-performing team across multiple construction trades
4. Ensure exceptional learner outcomes, industry relevance, and employer satisfaction
The Person:
* Strong vocational background in construction or a related field
* Proven leadership experience within further education or training
* Passionate about green skills, innovation, and teaching excellence
* Qualified to Level 3 or higher; teaching and/or leadership qualifications are desirable
