Your Role
This is a high impact role in the Cloud Advisory capability unit contributing to our leadership in cloud transformation across our clients in different industry sectors.
As a Senior Consultant - AIOps, the focus of your role will be to:
- Cloud Transformation Advisory: Advise clients on cloud transformation impacts and help develop digitally enabled business models leveraging cloud operating models.
- AIOps Assessments and Audits: Conduct assessments and audits of existing cloud operating models to identify areas for improvement.
- Monitoring and Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness and maturity of cloud operating model transformations, making adjustments as required.
- Deliver Business Outcomes: Use skills in strategy development, service management, agile delivery, DevOps, business process mapping, and organisational design to deliver digitally enabled business outcomes.
- Collaborative Innovation: Work at all organisational levels to innovate, design, and implement cloud transformations, contributing to the growth and success of the consulting practice.
As part of your role you will also have the opportunity to contribute to the business and your own personal growth, through activities that form part of the following categories:
- Business Development - Leading/contributing to proposals, RFPs, bids, proposition development, client pitch contribution, client hosting at events.
- Internal contribution - Campaign development, internal think‑tanks, whitepapers, practice development (operations, recruitment, team events & activities), offering development.
- Learning & development - Training to support your career development and the skills demand within the company, certifications etc.
Your Profile
You’ll bring experience in transforming businesses through technology and re‑defining the way clients operate. Comfortable working in a technology‑driven environment, you will bring proven skills and experience in some of the following areas:
- Experience of Lean Six Sigma (LSS) concepts, framework, best practices, and related concepts like Cost of Quality (CoQ).
- Experience of driving process transformation or re‑engineering in capacity of LSS Black belt (Preferably certified).
- Experience of IT Operations, Observability and Monitoring best practices, tools.
AI/ML Exposure or Awareness of below
- Predictive and Prescriptive analytical approaches, tools from IT operations perspective.
- AI frameworks, AIOps/MLOps lifecycle.
- Basic Mathematics and Statistics foundations needed for Data Handling and AI/ML Model Evaluation.
ML algorithm types
- Supervised Learning (Learning with Labels).
- Unsupervised Learning (Finding Hidden Patterns).
- Deep Learning & Advanced Techniques.
- LLMOps, Prompt Engineering, RAG (Retrieval‑Augmented Generation), Model Fine‑Tuning, Semantic Evaluation.
- Basic understanding of capabilities of Anthropic Claude 4, OpenAI GPT‑5, Google Gemini 3 , DeepSeek V4 Pro, Kimi K2.6.
- MCP, Resource Management, Inference Optimization.
- AI Ethics, Safety & Guardrails, Compliance.
Nice to have experience
- Experience with DevOps principles and practices, including continuous integration (CI), continuous deployment (CD), automated testing, and infrastructure as code (IaC).
- Well versed with managing and architecting solutions on major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, including services like compute, storage, networking, and security.
- Knowledge of cloud security best practices and compliance requirements, ensuring that cloud environments are secure and adhere to industry standards and regulations.
- Experience of proposition building and delivery.
- Thought leadership around AI/IT Cost optimisation/Efficiency.
- Business development - Utilising a combination of the organisation's broader pre‑existing relationships, company relationships and your own network
