Responsibilities
:
1. Support of Low Touch Equities trading applications.
2. The Lead Analyst is responsible to partner with multiple technology teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions to meet goals; identify and define necessary system enhancements; analyze existing system logic, identify problems; and rmend and implements solutions.
3. Provides expertise in area and an advanced level of understanding of the principles of apps support.
4. Formulates and defines systems scope and objectives forplex, high impact application enhancements and problem resolution through in-depth analysis and evaluation ofplex business processes, systems and industry standards; documents requirements.
5. Partners with multiple technology areas and management teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions to meet goals.
6. Works closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts and Systems Analysts to determine and document Systems impacts and support requirements
7. Considers the implications of the application of technology to the current environment.
8. Identifies risks, vulnerabilities and security issues;municates impact; proposes risk mitigation options.
9. Acts as advisor or coach to new or lower level analysts; allocates work.
10. Provides in-depth analysis with interpretive thinking to define problems and develop innovative solutions.
11. Directly impacts the business by influencing strategic functional decisions through advice, counsel or provided services.
12. Persuades and influences others through strong andprehensivemunication and diplomacy skills
13. Performs other duties and functions as assigned
Qualifications:
14. Relevant experience in a similar role, within a Markets environment
15. Practical problem solving and strategic thinking skills
16. Demonstrated leadership, interpersonal skills and relationship building skills
17. Service oriented attitude
18. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
19. Experience working or leading requirement gathering efforts for multiple large development projects at one-time
20. Proficient using basic technical tools and systems
21. Good interpersonal andmunication skills
Education:
22. Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred
