Project Sales Director – Design & Build Commercial Fit-Out & Refurbishment Location: Birmingham (Nationwide travel required) Remuneration Package: £60,000–£90,000 per annum (dependent on experience), Plus a car allowance of up to £5,000 per annum, along with commission payments and discretionary company bonus scheme (details of which are currently under review). Working Arrangements: The Project Director role requires regular attendance at client sites and live project locations, in line with client and operational requirements. Working patterns will be driven by business needs, with a minimum of two days per week based in the office. About the Role My client is looking for a confident, client facing and commercially aware professional with experience in design and build commercial fit-out and refurbishment. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the design and build process and procurement route, along with a solid appreciation of how commercial interior and refurbishment projects are delivered and constructed. They will be comfortable engaging clients early, shaping project opportunities and helping convert them into successful schemes.
