Job Description
As the Head of Systems Value, you will combine user research and business analysis to drive evidence‑based decision making across HM Land Registry. You will be responsible for building and leading a cross‑disciplinary team that integrates qualitative user insights with quantitative business metrics to inform product strategy and organisational priorities.
Person Specification
* Extensive experience in user research and/or business analysis.
* Substantial experience in a leadership role and a track record of building and scaling research/analysis functions in fast‑paced environments.
* Strong understanding of both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
* Business modelling, market analysis and strategic planning experience with research design, execution and analysis across multiple methodologies.
* Strategic mindset with the ability to connect user needs to business outcomes.
* Strong business acumen and financial literacy.
* Outstanding communication and storytelling abilities and the ability to influence senior stakeholders through data‑driven insights.
* Experience in mentoring and developing team members.
