Location: West Midlands | Full-Time, Permanent | Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 + car allowance + bonus (up to 30%)

Are you a results-driven sales professional with a technical edge and a passion for infrastructure safety? Ceto Talent is recruiting a Technical Sales Engineer to lead a Vehicle Restraint Systems (VRS) and Highways Structural Barriers product portfolio for a leading infrastructure solutions provider.
About the Role
This is a strategic, client-facing role where you\'ll drive revenue growth, build strong relationships, and deliver innovative solutions across the construction and infrastructure sectors. You\'ll be at the forefront of promoting steel rental and temporary barrier products, influencing designers, managing key accounts, and identifying new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets
* Build and maintain relationships with contractors, designers, and stakeholders
* Conduct site visits and client presentations to tailor solutions
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery
* Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximise profitability
* Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with industry standards
What We're Looking For
* Essential: HND or Degree in Business
* Proven experience in technical business development
* Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
* Understanding of Vehicle Restraint Systems (VRS) and infrastructure markets
* Ability to read CAD drawings and deliver presentations
* CRM system proficiency and excellent communication skills
* Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel
* Desirable: Civil Engineering qualification
* Knowledge of highway infrastructure market
