We are seeking a skilled and motivated professional to join our team as we navigate a period of transition and growth. This role has become available due to a team member’s departure, with a four-week notice period. The team is currently engaged in a Treasury Management System (TMS) implementation and is operating at full capacity, making this hire critical to maintaining momentum and stability.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage daily cash positions, short-term funding, and ECP issuance. Monitor forecasts, execute FX deals, and optimise liquidity to reduce borrowing costs.
2. Supervise Treasury Operations to ensure timely, accurate payments and settlements. Act as first-line escalation for operational issues and maintain process documentation.
3. Adhere to corporate governance, SM&CR responsibilities, and Conduct Rules. Ensure all activities are compliant and risks are escalated appropriately.
4. Prepare monthly accruals, cost of funds analysis, and securitisation reports. Track variances and trends to improve forecasting and cash utilisation.
5. Liaise with banks, internal teams, and dealers. Support investor relations and help grow the ECP investor base.
6. Provide cover for Front and Back Office roles as needed. Support senior team members and contribute to continuous improvement across Treasury.
