About The Role and Person An exciting opportunity has arisen at Capel Manor College and we are now seeking to appoint a Library Services Assistant. The post holder will be joining a small team to provide varied and general administrative support to College staff and managers and to provide an excellent level of customer service to students, their parents and carers and visitors to the College. This will involve tasks such as working within the Learning Resource Centre, assisting students with books, study skills support, induction and open day activities The ideal candidate will be confident, self-motivated and friendly. They will have excellent communication skills both orally and written. The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail, the confidence to deal with customer enquiries, and have excellent organisational skills. This is a part-time post working 20 hours per week, 36 weeks per year. The actual salary is £12,406. 44 inclusive of London Weighting.
