Are you passionate about empowering vulnerable women to rebuild their lives? Do you believe in second chances, person-centred support, and working in a trauma-informed way? We’re launching a brand-new supported living service in Newcastle, providing safe, stable accommodation and tailored support to women who are at risk of homelessness, exploitation or re-offending. We’re looking for a Support Worker/Support Workers to help us shape and deliver this life-changing service. This is not just a job, it’s an opportunity to be part of something meaningful from the start. You’ll work with women aged 18 to build independent living skills, access mental health and recovery services, prepare for employment and secure their own tenancies. You’ll provide 1:1 support, lead structured sessions and be part of a dedicated 24/7 team that helps create a safe and empowering home environment. No two days will be the same – you might be supporting someone to attend a job interview, connect with recovery services, or simply make their first home-cooked meal. If you’re resilient, compassionate and driven to make a real difference – we want to hear from you.
