Contract: Part-time, permanent (26.5 - 33.4 hours per week, 38 weeks per year)
Salary: Grade 4, SP 9-12 (FTE: £27,254 - £29,540 / Actual: £16,321/£20,571 - £17,690/£22,296 per annum)
Start date: October 2025
Role and Responsibilities
We are seeking to appoint a Higher Level Teaching and Learning Support Assistant to join our friendly team. The successful candidate must have good literacy, numeracy and communication skills. The candidate should be solution-driven, organised, proactive, and passionate about supporting students to raise their level of educational attainment and ensure that they make progress. The successful candidate must be ELSA trained or be happy to train.
You will support students to learn as effectively as possible both in a small group setting and within the wider school as appropriate, delivering small group learning following specific programmes to learners.
