We run several consumer product brands across household, wellness, and personal care, selling through Amazon, Shopify, eBay and B2B. Our warehouse and head office are based in Aylesford, Kent, where a small, experienced team handles fulfilment, admin, and marketing.

Who You'll Be Working With
You'll be working directly with the Managing Director, who's built and run e-commerce businesses for over 15 years. From sourcing and shipping to branding and platforms, you'll get direct exposure to how real decisions are made — not just handed tasks to complete.
This is a chance to learn the business inside out — supply chains, profit margins, operations systems — and build real skills that you won't get in a corporate structure.
What You'll Be Doing
Daily Operations & Fulfilment
* Oversee order flow and dispatch across Amazon, Shopify, and eBay
* Ensure timely and accurate pick, pack, and shipping with the warehouse team
* Handle basic issues with returns, couriers, or order sync problems
Stock & Supplier Management
* Monitor stock levels and flag when to reorder
* Coordinate with our sourcing office in China and UK suppliers
* Help manage inbound deliveries and product launch prep
Team Support
* Assist with scheduling and keeping the team on track
* Step in during busy periods or when the MD is focused on growth
* Keep day-to-day operations running smoothly
Systems, Reporting & Projects
* Use spreadsheets and dashboards to track ops performance
* Support new product rollouts and internal process improvements
* Report weekly on operations, challenges, and outcomes
What We're Looking For
* 2–5 years in a support, supervisor, or assistant-level operations role
* Familiar with tools like Excel, Amazon Seller Central, or Shopify
* Organised, proactive, and willing to get stuck in
* Wants to learn the "why" behind the work — not just follow instructions
* Confident communicating with teams and suppliers
* Bonus if you've worked in a small business or direct-to-consumer setup
Job Types: Full-time, Graduate
Pay: £24,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
