Salary circa £42-48,000 (DOE)A well-established production factory, based in Chichester is looking to recruit a skilled Plant Maintenance Engineer, with solid electrical understanding, to support ongoing reliability through effective servicing, repairs and planned preventative maintenance of their production machinery.Working Hours:Monday to Friday – 9 hours per day• Late morning starts Monday–Thursday• 7:00am start on FridaysKey Responsibilities:
* Service, repair and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on production machinery
* Electrical and mechanical fault finding and repairs
* Maintenance work involving hydraulics and pneumatics
* Supporting continuous improvement and minimising downtime
Skills & Experience Required:
* Strong multi-skilled maintenance background (electrical & mechanical)
* Experience within manufacturing environments advantageous
* Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics
* Electrical three phase experience in a production environment
* Ability to work independently and respond proactively to maintenance issues
