The Role:

As a Business Development Executive, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth journey, building and fostering strong relationships with our clients, with the full support of our wider sales team. You’ll identify new opportunities, shape and execute growth strategies, and work to expand our client base while deepening existing partnerships. Your work will directly contribute to the business’s long-term success, sustainability, and profitability. If you’re driven by results and thrive on meaningful connections, this role puts you right where the action is.


What You’ll Do:

* Conduct market research to identify new selling opportunities and evaluate customer needs
* Actively seek out new sales leads through networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach
* Arrange and attend meetings with prospective clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions
* Promote the organisation’s products and services, adapting the offering to suit individual customer requirements
* Provide reliable post-sale support and gather client feedback to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships
* Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, customer interactions, and invoices
* Support Sales Executives and senior management with day-to-day tasks and strategic initiatives, as required

* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

* Strong ability to build rapport and develop lasting client relationships
* Able to manage time effectively, meet deadlines, and handle pressure
* Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges
* Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a team
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Skilled in negotiation and persuasive sales techniques
* Confident in delivering presentations to clients and internal teams
* Highly organised with great attention to detail
* Committed to delivering outstanding customer service
