About the Role The Operations Manager will lead operations across the entire factory, working cross-functionally with quality, safety, engineering, and production teams to ensure smooth operations and delivery of top-quality products. With responsibility for 3 direct reports (Shift Managers) and a total team of 60, you'll be hands-on in driving continuous improvement, managing risk assessments, ensuring compliance, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities * Oversee full bakery operations, ensuring products meet quality and cost standards * Manage and support 3 Shift Managers to ensure consistent performance across 24-hour operations * Lead risk assessments, training, and accident investigations * Ensure quality issues are fully resolved and continuous improvement initiatives are implemented * Build a culture of accountability, holding teams to high performance standards About You This is an excellent opportunity for a strong Operations Manager ideally with bakery experience, excellent managerial skills, and a continuous improvement mindset. You'll need to be confident in managing large teams, driving operational excellence, and working in a fast-paced environment.
