Vice President, Investor Reporting We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Investor Reporting to join our Wealth Services Operations team. This role is located in Manchester.
The Vice President, Investor Reporting plays a pivotal role in overseeing and enhancing client operations and reporting functions within BNY. This position is critical in ensuring that client service standards are met and exceeded by effectively managing client relationships and operational processes. By aligning with BNY's strategic pillars and principles, the role contributes to fostering a culture of trust, operational excellence, and client‑centric service. Emphasizing collaboration and innovation, this position supports the organization's commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Play a key role within client investor reporting team by fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence, ensuring alignment with BNY's principles.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance client service delivery, by leveraging industry best practices and innovative solutions.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiencies, ensuring timely and accurate client reporting.
Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing their needs and concerns with professionalism and expertise.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to enhance client satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, maintaining the highest standards of operational integrity and risk management.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field required. Advanced degree or professional certifications in finance or business administration preferred.
Several years of client service and management experience. Experience in financial services operations, wealth operations and client service preferred.
Strong leadership and collaboration skills across diverse teams, with excellent interpersonal skills for client interactions.
Demonstrable interest in continuous learning and delivery of process improvements, including the use of digital tools and AI.
