The Opportunity
We seek an AI Talent Acquisition expert to establish world-class AI capabilities at GUS Group and across our institutions.
You should have an active network of AI professionals worldwide, whether from an agency or in-house, with experience in recruiting AI roles including:
* Executive roles like Chief AI Officer and Directors of AI
* Technical roles such as engineers, QA, AI support
* AI operations roles supporting business transformation
* Product and pedagogy-focused AI hires for innovation in learning and teaching
Your focus will be on the full AI hiring lifecycle, influencing how GUS embeds AI into its operations, products, and pedagogy.
You will advise senior stakeholders on talent strategy, attraction methods, and market insights, demonstrating agility and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead recruitment of AI roles across all levels and disciplines
* Leverage global AI talent pools and networks
* Partner with C-suite and business leaders to define roles and strategies
* Execute direct sourcing campaigns worldwide
* Present recruitment metrics, ROI, and market insights to stakeholders
* Support creation of AI EVP and candidate materials
* Ensure an excellent candidate experience to position GUS as an employer of choice for AI talent
What We’re Looking For
* Proven recruitment experience in AI and technology markets, from an agency or in-house role
* Active global AI talent networks
* Experience recruiting a range of AI roles, from executive to technical
* Strong stakeholder management skills at C-suite level
* Commercial, flexible, and agile TA approach
* Data-driven with metrics and insights skills
* Passion for employer branding and candidate experience
* Expertise in talent mapping and sourcing niche skills
