As our new Head Chef, you'll lead our kitchen team to deliver great pub food to our customers. You'll be working with seasonal ingredients in a well-equipped kitchen - within a company that really understands the importance of getting food right. We are a unique site in Fuller's and much of the day to day tasks of leading our kitchen team involve managing a high-volume site where consistency and speed are the key to customer happiness. With opening hours of 6am-8pm daily and with sales consistent across the week, the role offers huge flexibility with regards working hours. Being a Head Chef is a great opportunity to take control of your own kitchen and its team, and you can count on the full support of a team of Executive Chefs to help you along the way. You'll lead your team expertly through service, and you'll take full control of the "business" side of the kitchen, from stock takes to health & safety. That means you'll need a commercial head, as well as cooking skills.
