Senior Associate Director of Environmental Assessment Bringing together a diverse team of environmental specialists, you will work closely with our clients to lead our Environment and Consents work streams both nationally across the UK and Europe, providing technical expertise to ensure environment and sustainability is embedded into the design and delivery of major high profile utility, transportation and infrastructure projects. In this pivotal role, your remit will include; * Play a key role in Environmental Impact Assessment and Consenting delivery. * Facilitate the production and delivery of key EIA deliverables for Nationally Significant Projects supporting Development Consent Order applications. * Lead a multidiscipline team, providing guidance to EIA coordinators and subject matter experts. Identifying, expiditing and mitigating risks to project delivery. * Ensure governance and compliance management of relevant environmental legislation and policy. * Integration of project legacy into decision making, and champion innovative thinking to improve project and legacy outcomes. * Manage stakeholder engagement across all aspects of the sustainability, environmental and consenting processes. * Maximising opportunities for efficiencies, promoting innovation throughout the EIA lifecycle. * Provide mentorship and support to ensure the technical and personal development of colleagues.
