Job Details:
* Position: Production Operative
* Location: Tewkesbury
Shifts:
* Day Shift: £13.70 per hour
* Shift Hours:
o AM Shift: 06:00 - 14:00
o PM Shift: Monday to Thursday, 14:00 - 23:53
* Shift Premium: £15.07 per hour for shifts

Role Responsibilities: As a Production Operative, you’ll be a key part of our production line, responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the production process. This will include:
* Operating production machinery to manufacture goods to a high standard
* Monitoring and controlling product quality throughout the production process
* Packaging and preparing products for dispatch
* Conducting routine checks and ensuring the maintenance of equipment
* Following health and safety guidelines at all times to ensure a safe working environment
* Working closely with team members to meet production targets and deadlines
Requirements:
* No previous experience required – full training provided
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
