Role Description
The purpose of this role is to work with the Director, People Experience COE to define the AzUK Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Inclusion and Employee Value Proposition (EVP) strategies, and then to define and deliver the execution roadmap that operationalises these strategies. The role builds and maintains an inclusive culture that can be communicated both internally and externally and promotes Allianz UK’s contribution to social impact and community causes.
Location
This hybrid role can be based in Bournemouth, Guildford or London. 50% of the time is spent in the office, with one day each week on a Monday or Friday. The role requires regular travel, with at least one day per month to the London office.

Pay is based on relevant experience, skills and location. Salary is only one part of our total reward package.
About You
* Collaborates with the Director, People Experience COE to define overall AzUK CSR, Inclusion and EVP strategies.
* Attracts, collaborates with internal stakeholders and external partners (NGOs, industry bodies, government agencies) to design and deliver an execution roadmap aligned to strategy and business priorities.
* Collates, analyses and synthesises varied internal and external data sources at a UK and Group level to inform the AzUK execution roadmap and influence strategic initiatives.
* Owns the design, delivery and maintenance of AzUK-wide CSR, Inclusion and EVP programmes, platforms, events, policies and processes, ensuring impact measures drive continuous improvement.
o Manages and activates charity and sponsorship partnerships in line with legal and risk frameworks to achieve target ambitions.
o Defines and oversees employee volunteering framework and processes with impact measurement.
o Maintains CSR, Inclusion and EVP policies, standards and ambitions, and reports progress and impact.
o Promotes AzUK commitment to CSR, Inclusion and EVP topics internally and externally through storytelling.
* Coordinates with Group initiatives, localising and activating Group-led CSR and Inclusion ambitions.
* Facilitates sourcing, contracting and relationship management of external delivery partners in line with Procurement and Risk frameworks.
o Leads identification and selection of charity partners on a cyclical basis.
o Works alongside Talent Acquisition on external delivery partners for EVP.
* Allocates work through dotted‑line reporting structures, provides coaching and support to achieve high standards of delivery.
* Challenges, supports and influences the business to engage in CSR, Inclusion and EVP topics, providing guidance at all levels.
* Develops and owns relevant risk, control and governance measures aligned to the broader People & Culture framework.
* Prepares reporting to Group, AzUK Executive Committee, AzUK Board and other stakeholders on CSR, Inclusion and EVP topics.
* Owns and manages central CSR, Inclusion and EVP budgets, ensuring fair allocation across AzUK.
* Uses external insights and thought leadership to inform the design and delivery of the CSR, Inclusion and EVP execution roadmap.
Experience
Essential Skills
* Significant experience defining CSR, Inclusion and EVP strategies and operationalising them within a complex organisation.
* Highly effective communicator, verbal and written, able to influence across all levels, including ExCo and Board.
* Strong relationship‑management experience with internal and external stakeholders in a cross‑functional, matrixed environment.
* Ability to analyse and interpret internal and external data/trends to inform strategy and execution.
* Strong skills in scoping, planning, prioritising and executing multiple initiatives concurrently with associated risk and control management.
* Familiarity with regulated industry environment and adaptability to changing priorities.
* Proven ability to inspire teams, including those outside direct reporting lines, with a customer‑centric mindset.
* Empathetic, inclusive and collaborative leader who builds trust and motivates others to embrace change.
Technical Skills
* In-depth knowledge of CSR, Inclusion and EVP, including charity/NGO governance and legalities and inclusion legislative requirements.
* Experience activating a Global EVP locally to attract and retain top talent by driving engagement, a sense of belonging and mutual pride.
* Passion and commitment to be a force for good, continuously improving People Experience within organisations.
Desirable Skills
* Experience working in an agile/product‑led model.
* Professional qualification in Human Resources, Social Sciences or related areas is preferred.
