In the role of Duty Manager, you will be key to supporting all of our objectives and in many ways. This will start with ensuring our centres are welcoming, clean and safe by managing and supporting the team to undertake their roles.
A full training programme will be provided and for those that want to go further, we will work with you to develop a career path with us.

Hours: 16 hours per week, Monday - Sunday (rota basis)
Requirements
1. RLSS National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (training can be given to gain qualification)
2. Enhanced DBS Check to be carried out.
3. To actively manage and develop and motivate a team of operational staff.
4. To be responsible for the day to day duty management and running of the leisure centre to the highest standard.
5. To contribute to and understand the business and budgetary performance of the centre.
6. To be a proactive member of the leisure centre team.
7. A passion for the industry demonstrated through continuous professional development.
8. Experience of problem solving, customer service and staff management.
9. Experience working in a Duty Management or similar role.
10. To be able to work flexibly with a level of autonomy and decision making confidence.
11. Able to think on your feet and respond to variable demands.
