Role Overview
As a Maths Teacher at our esteemed secondary school, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the academic journey of learners in KS4 and KS5. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver engaging lessons to create a dynamic learning environment that encourages student growth and achievement.
Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver comprehensive Maths lessons tailored to the needs of KS4 and KS5 groups
* Utilise innovative teaching methods to inspire student curiosity and critical thinking
* Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support academic development
* Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive and supportive learning community
* Fulfil marking duties and maintain accurate records of student performance

Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (non-negotiable)
* 2:1 in mathematics degree (or related degree)
* B in A' Level Mathematics
* Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Passion for education and a commitment to student success
